Really good pub service friendly and quick. Salad grilled blackened chicken perfect. Busy 23 hours a day.
The wings though! So good and good size! We pick up food here from time to time when we don't have time to cook. Definitely not a family spot, but good spot for guys' night.
It is a great sports bar! A million TV's. It is a big place, and was pretty full but were seated right away. No problem with parking. Our server was so great that I asked her name. Which is Karlin B. She was very friendly and attentive. Always checking to see if we needed something. Our food came out quick and was warm. We had 2 different kinds of wings. Once we got the bill we decided that we needed another round. She said no problem and brought one and updated the bill. Also the bathroom was clean! We will definitely go back.
We were in town for a few days and we were looking for a place to watch college football and the UFC fights. Typically, BWW is our go-to since they are partnered with UFC. But I called 2 local locations: one didn't answer my calls and the other said they weren't showing the fights. When I called Stooges they said YES!!! So we hopped in an Uber and headed over. Our Uber driver said we'd have a good time and he's always heard great things about the place. He wasn't wrong! We walked in and immediately knew this was our kind of sports bar. It's laid back and chill and NOT pretentious at all! There are TVs throughout and they were extremely accommodating when we asked for our 2 football games to be put on. Our waitress was super friendly. It's definitely a "locals" place but no one made us felt like outsiders. The wings were delicious and we had lots leftover to eat for lunch the next day. We would definitely stop back in when we're in town again!!!
I was invited to Stooges to watch the UK game. Had a good time. Lots of TVs. Great atmosphere. If you are a female...there are plenty of men in the crowd to choose from. I saw many females going in there with outfits on looking like they going to a club. They do shorten the menu after a certain time. And they shut down the pool tables at 9pm. Not sure why but that is their prerogative. Onion rings were awesome. Asked the waitress if they were hand breaded. She didn't know, but im pretty sure they were. Onion rings were a must have! Everyone was friendly. I will go back!
